Dear Animal Jam,
I was recently hacked a few days ago and was given this account support email after being told that you guys could retrieve my account.
When I tried to log into my account (username of account that you want to hack) I realized that the password was no longer working and that the email had been changed after trying to log in with my mom.
I have another account, (user of your main account) and to prove that i am the owner of this account the password is (password to your main).

Disclaimer!
In order for this to work your main must be active for over 30 days or else Animal Jam will get suspicious with an empty and inactive account and you could be suspended under the suspicion of scamming. However they may take awhile to respond since people have been spamming them. If you're a member then they may respond quicker considering you are a paying customer! If they don't respond within a week I would recommend emailing them again. I had to email a second time for them to respond quicker. If you are using an alt or new account then they might not respond since no one has been successful with a fake account.
